Dan Porlier, Team Leader, Broker, ABR®, SRS

I have been in Sales my whole life. A large portion of that has been in the corporate world of automotive manufacturing. Negotiating with large car companies all over the world allowed me to gain great negotiating skills. I fell in love with real estate when I bought my first income property and became a landlord years ago. I have a large family and totally understand the changing needs of home ownership. My life experiences allow me to coach all of my clients; from first time buyers to seniors looking to downsize.

To ensure that I am able to give my clients the fullest and most satisfying buying or selling experience, I continually hone my skills. I have acquired my ABR (accredited buyer representative) and my SRES (senior real estate specialist). I have lived in the Waterloo region for years and plan to stay here permanently. In my free time I love to golf, travel, and take in an occasional play. I am passionate about what I do and my clients benefit greatly from that.

Madeline Compton, Administrative Coordinator

My name is Madeline Compton, and I am the Administrative Coordinator for the KW Real Estate Team.

I bring over 12 years of administrative experience to the team, and my background and skills range in Economic/Business Development, Marketing, Event Planning, Banking, and Real Estate.

I enjoy and take pleasure in helping my colleagues stay organized, updating and maintaining their CRM, scheduling events, and helping you with the purchase or sale of your home.

Besides making the sale or purchase of your home a successful one, I enjoy my family time, walks with the family, cooking, baking, crafting, and I have recently started getting into gardening.

Jennie Fisher, Sales Representative

One of my greatest joys in life is helping people turn their dreams into reality. I had a very rewarding career working in the social service sector for more than 20 years and had the privilege of assisting people to achieve more than they thought possible.

Throughout my years of being a team leader with Community Living Guelph-Wellington, volunteering at my church and helping others with their home decorating needs, I became aware of how important developing and fostering relationships is to me. Also, I realized how much personal satisfaction I feel when I help others achieve their goals. After a very fulling career of over 20 years, I felt that it was time for a change. With an educational background as a Real Estate Law Clerk, experience building two homes for my family and recently purchasing and renovating investment properties, acquiring my Realtor registration seemed like the natural choice.

My number one priority is my clients needs and concerns. I will be available to them and work with their best interests in mind in every situation.
